Why physicians refer to SNG Dialysis Downtown

    Individualized, patient-level care

Your patients are not a number here. Our team knows each patient and family personally, with care plans built around their specific needs.

All three modalities under one roof

In-center, home hemo, and peritoneal dialysis, so your referral stays with one trusted team regardless of the treatment path.

    Nursing home partnership program

We are actively partnering with local nursing homes to bring home dialysis programs on-site, reducing transport burden for your most complex patients.

    Spanish-speaking care team

We serve San Antonio's Spanish-speaking community with fully bilingual staff, so nothing gets lost in translation for your patients or their families.

    Trach and complex patient experience

Our team has experience managing tracheostomy-dependent patients and other medically complex cases that larger chains may deprioritize.

    Fast scheduling, responsive team

We confirm every referral within one business day and coordinate directly with your office, so you are never left guessing on next steps.
